We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day we receive them. When orders are placed on Friday afternoons, weekends, and bank holidays, they will be shipped the following working day. We endeavour to ship items the same day if ordered before midday on a regular weekday. We ship Mondays to Fridays, but not over weekends or British bank (public) holidays.
We work with multiple carriers to ensure the most efficient service possible. For larger orders that require a signature, please ensure that someone is available. For larger items, the carrier will require a signature. Please ensure that someone is made available to check each parcel and sign as appropriate. If any damage is present on your parcel, note this on the signature strip and take photographic evidence where possible.
Deliveries within the mainland UK are free, but delivery charges to apply for destinations abroad. Associated charges will be added at your point of sale. For queries on delivery costs, please contact us directly. Customers living outside the UK should check relevant custom important taxes and regulations for nutritional animal supplements. MyDogNutritional Ltd. takes no responsibility for any custom taxes or delays.
Contract of Sale
On placing an order you are making an offer to buys goods, and we will email you to acknowledge that we have received your order. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order in good time, we will contact you with details of a new estimated dispatch date. You are free to cancel your order at any time, and we aim to refund your card within one working day. If on receiving your order we find we are unable to fulfil it, you will be notified and refunded within one British working day.

Cancellations and Returns
This cancellation and returns policy does not impact your statutory rights in any way. You can cancel your order any time up to fourteen days after making your purchase. In the first instance, contact MyDog Nutrition Ltd. directly stating your reason for cancelation, and a member of the team will be happy to assist you. Unless an item has arrived damaged or faulty, a clear error has been made in your product’s description or pricing, significant delivery delay due to events outside our control, or any error on our part, all returns are made at the customer’s cost.
All delivery costs reimbursed will be based on the least expensive service we offer. We advise customers to ensure all products are packaged sufficiently and a signed for service is used.
If your goods are faulty or a supplement’s seal is damaged in any way, please contact us immediately. Photos of the good’s faults are particularly useful when this happen.
Refunds will be made within fourteen British working days of MyDog Nutrition receiving the returned product. If an order is cancelled prior to dispatch, we aim to refund within one British working day.
