We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm, weekends, and bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day. We do aim to dispatch the same day if orders are received before 12pm.
We ship Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Orders received on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. These fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error in shipping your order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address at the time of placing the order. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
It is the customer’s duty to make sure someone is at home at the time of delivery. If no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a delivery card with instructions on how to collect the order from the nearest collection point. Any orders returned to us due to the customer not being home to accept delivery or failing to collect their order from the collection point will result in a refund minus any fees paid towards shipping.
Tracking details are sent to the customer when the order has been dispatched. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their order and make sure someone is available to accept delivery.
If you wish to return your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your order. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error in shipping your order.
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

EU & Rest of world shipping
We offer shipping to the EU and the rest of the world. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Please note that international shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
Import Taxes: It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any import taxes or customs duties that may accrue. These fees are not included in the shipping fees and will be charged separately by the customs authorities in the destination country.
Delivery Attempts: If no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a delivery card with instructions on how to collect the order from the nearest collection point. Any orders returned to us due to the customer not taking delivery or not paying any duty’s that may accrue will result in a refund for the items, postage costs will not be refunded.

Contract of Sale
On placing an order you are making an offer to buys goods, and we will email you to acknowledge that we have received your order. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order in good time, we will contact you with details of a new estimated dispatch date. You are free to cancel your order at any time, and we aim to refund your card within one working day. If on receiving your order we find we are unable to fulfil it, you will be notified and refunded within one British working day.

Cancellations and Returns
This cancellation and returns policy does not impact your statutory rights in any way. You can cancel your order any time up to fourteen days after making your purchase. In the first instance, contact MyDog Nutrition Ltd. directly stating your reason for cancelation, and a member of the team will be happy to assist you. Unless an item has arrived damaged or faulty, a clear error has been made in your product’s description or pricing, significant delivery delay due to events outside our control, or any error on our part, all returns are made at the customer’s cost.
All delivery costs reimbursed will be based on the least expensive service we offer. We advise customers to ensure all products are packaged sufficiently and a signed for service is used.
If your goods are faulty or a supplement’s seal is damaged in any way, please contact us immediately. Photos of the good’s faults are particularly useful when this happen.
Refunds will be made within fourteen British working days of MyDog Nutrition receiving the returned product. If an order is cancelled prior to dispatch, we aim to refund within one British working day.
