If your item has arrived damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to arrange the necessary shipping arrangements for the return of the item. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. - Unwanted Items:
If you wish to return an unwanted item, please email our customer service team to initiate the return process within 14 days of delivery. Please note that unwanted items must be in their original packaging and unopened. Items that are not in their original packaging or have been opened may be refused for return. - Return Shipping and Handling Fee:
For the return of unwanted items, the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipping. Additionally, a 20% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount for unwanted items.
