All returns are to made at the customer’s cost, less under exceptional circumstances such as products being damaged in transit, arriving faulty, or being significantly delayed for reasons outside of our control. If a product’s seal has been broken or damaged in transit then please contact us immediately with photographic evidence.
Orders can be cancelled any time up to fourteen days after they have been made. Your statutory rights will not be impacted in any way, but you will be expected to cover the cost of returns in most circumstances.
