How to Use the ME-300 Micro EDUCATOR® Remote Dog Trainer

The Micro EDUCATOR® is simple to set up and even easier to use safely. Follow these steps for effective and positive training results:

1. Charge Both Units Fully
   Before first use, charge the transmitter and receiver for around 2 hours using the supplied dual-charger cable. A full charge provides up to 60 hours of use.

2. Fit the Collar Correctly
   Position the receiver snugly on your dog’s neck so the contact points touch the skin. The strap should be secure but comfortable you should fit two fingers between the strap and neck.

3. Turn On & Pair
   Switch on both devices. They come pre-paired, but you can re-sync by pressing the receiver’s On/Off button once the green light appears, then pressing the transmitter’s On/Off button to confirm pairing.

4. Find Your Dog’s Working Level
   Begin on the lowest level and gradually increase until you see a small reaction (ear flick or head tilt). That’s your dog’s correct training level  gentle but effective.

5. Choose Your Training Mode

   • Tone or Vibration: Use as a warning or marker.

   • Momentary Stimulation: A quick pulse for attention.

   • Continuous Stimulation: For stronger distractions or advanced training.

6. Train with Consistency
   Pair e-collar signals with verbal commands and rewards. Keep sessions short, positive, and consistent to build trust and learning speed.

7. After Training
   Remove the collar after each session and clean the contact points. Avoid leaving the receiver on your dog for more than 12 hours per day to prevent irritation.

Use the tone or vibration feature as a communication cue before using stimulation. Over time, most dogs respond to the cue alone, making training gentle, precise, and stress-free.
